The aim of this qualification is to contribute to the skills, knowledge and overall performance of the industry's workforce in a wide variety of organisations. It provides an insight into the principles and processes of the delivery of customer service and will aid career progression.

The Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service provides an up-to-date qualification that is in line with industry needs and presents an opportunity for individuals to progress within their present and future roles

This qualification is perfect for you if you work in the following roles; Customer Adviser, Contact Centre Operator, Customer Service Adviser (Post Office), Customer Service Assistant Manager, Hotel Receptionist, Local Government Customer Services Officer, Medical Receptionist or Police Front Office Staff.

"We work closely with our Employers remaining as flexible as possible to ensure we meet the needs of the Employer as well as that of our Apprentices and Learners. The majority of our courses are delivered in the workplace in the form of blended learning packages and one to one training with the use of e-portfolios. However some Apprenticeships have drop in sessions provided for the Technical element and Functional Skills should the Apprentice/Learner want or require additional support. "
